Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a refund or exchange. Returns will be processed within two weeks from the date of purchase. Please be aware that our return policy excludes items that have been used, washed, or damaged. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags intact. A receipt or order number is required to process any return. Naive reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not adhere to our return policy guidelines. Please note that returns will incur an additional processing fee.   

Exchange Policy  
To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp at +96565722730 for assistance. Exchanges are permitted within two weeks of the purchase date and apply to unused, unwashed, and undamaged items. Items must retain their original tags and be in their initial condition. A receipt or order number is necessary to facilitate an exchange. Naive reserves the right to reject an exchange if the item does not meet our exchange policy criteria. Please note that returns will incur an additional processing fee.  


Damaged Items  
Naive is dedicated to providing top-quality products and ensures thorough inspection before sale. If you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. Notification of the issue must be made within three days of purchase. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, you are entitled to a full refund.
